Tasting Room Experience

Red & White at Artesa
iDRIEA is pleased to announce the launch of the Tasting Room Experience Survey!

This survey is designed to be taken by customers over their mobile phone. The convenience, as well as the novelty, provide higher completion rates as visitors may complete the survey while in your tasting room! All they need is the URL to the survey and a cell phone with a web browser.

If you value learning more about the experience visitors are having while visiting your tasting room then you need to participate in this study. There are two levels of this study: Free and Fee.

Level 1 (Free)

Level 1 participants are provided a link to the generic survey. This link is encoded so that data is correctly tagged for your winery, but there is no customization of the survey.

Results from the study will not be available until six-months after joining.

Level 2 (Fee)

Level 2 participants have the opportunity to add a personal message to the beginning of the survey and four additional questions. This additional customization allows you to take advantage of this study to collect additional information about operations. Preliminary results will be e-mailed to you after 3-months.

How we will use the data

iDREIA will use the data collected in this study to publish an annual report on visitor experiences in tasting rooms. This report will use descriptive statistics to present the tasting room experience: what works well and what should be reconsidered. This study will provide valuable insight into staff and operations.
