There are times when all the client needs is the ability to discuss ideas with an experienced adult learning professional. Our mentoring services create a mentor-protégé relationship between the client’s selected personnel and David Hildebrandt.
The benefit of having a mentoring relationship is that regular 1-on-1 meetings are held during the month over the length of the mentoring relationship between David and the protégé. This time is used to discuss training topics and to coach the protégé on adult learning theory, delivery modalities, and program design.
