Clients use our design and development service when they want assistance with the creation and launch of a new curriculum or major program. Our approach has been used to launch corporate universities and national training programs.
We work to build strong governance boards that are aligned with organizational strategy. We work through the governing board to select the subject matter experts that can review existing content and identify gaps that will require new courses to be developed. It is this due diligence on the front-end that ensures successful content identification, development, and launch.
The design of a major learning initiative requires a clear understanding of the learning objectives, the time that is available for learning, travel allowances, and annual training budget. Program design must also take into consideration the delivery modalities to ensure a program that maximizes knowledge and skill transfer. We have worked with ILT (synchronous & asynchronous), e-Learning, m-Learning, and blended learning modalities.
Program development is done by augmenting the clients staff with our personnel or by utilizing offshore talent. This allows client staff to be involved in the project so that knowledge is transfered from iDREIA to the client team during the engagement. Our offshore partners allow resources to be added when they are needed.
