The curriculum included role accreditation as well as a mix of formal and informal learning delivery.

National Training Program

SignaSysSignaSys wanted to deliver training, as part of the digital broadcast conversion, on the use of digital equipment to the 1,700 affected television stations in the United States and United States Territories. David was tapped to design the training program, win the contract, create the necessary infrastructure, and to staff the program.

IBM Mobilization

image008David was responsible for training 8,000 practitioners in the Business Innovation Services division. David relocated instructor lead training to a central location in the US saving over $3M annually and improved all aspects of delivery quality. He also introduced blended delivery into IBM by leveraging the existing Lotus Notes infrastructure. This reduced travel and increased billable hours by keeping practitioners on billable work while completing online training. The switch to blended delivery saved IBM over $20M annually.

Technology Training

COMMONCOMMON is the worlds largest mid-range technology conference focused on IBM technology. COMMON typically has over 900 hours of education during a 5 day conference.
